Hope your all good. Well I have finally got round to posting another blog. I was asked this week when I was posting again by Jennie from Jennie Emma just because I hadn’t posted in a while. I kept thinking I had nothing good to post about but then I remembered my new eyeshadows which I love and they work really well together.
These eyeshadows are from an American company which I have spoken about before in my blogs MakeUp Geek.
I had been wanting a few of the eyeshadows for a few months before I purchased them but I was always put off about the fact that I could get caught by customs coming into the country.
The image above is a picture of the three eyeshadows that I purchased. Each eyeshadow comes in the lovely packaging and costs $3.99. I thought shipping would be over $20 but in actual fact I purchased all three of these and paid shipping with the grand total coming to $26.96 which is equivalent to around £17. I know it sounds rather expensive for eyeshadows.
They have a wide variety of colours ranging from the brightest white to the darkest black. I had seen Marlena from MG use the three colours which I purchased in some of her online tutorials and decided I would get these three.
Beaches and Cream
The three colours I bought are gorgeous as you can tell from the images above. They are so smooth and their colour is intense. You only need one swatch of each colour to give a vibrant shade.
The parcel took around a week to arrive and was in a square box with a lot of packing peanuts in them. I have been trying these shadows out for a week now and they are very easy to apply and very easy to remove. I use beaches and cream as a base, Cocoa Bear in my crease on everyday looks. It was my mum’s birthday party on Saturday night and I created a dramatic look using Glass Slipper and a purple colour from one of my other palettes. This was amazing.
Have you ever tried Makeup Geek? If so which colours have you tried.
